DISCLAIMER AND COPYRIGHT

The following story is based heavily off the Dreamers Exchange and Skybound two public domain works from an author I follow. The story is fictional but meant to be fairly meta. As a result of this I ask you not read if you suffer unreality or schizophrenia unless you’re absolutely sure you can handle a story like this. This story is copyrighted but under a very specific license. I do not mind if you replicate the license for your own work. However regarding this one it started here.

License: Copyright Wielder 1.0 Attribution

Copyright wielder 1.0 Attribution allows for remixes and certain alternations of the work but requests the following…

All the characters likenesses and names remained unchanged

The integrity for the characters is as follows: the characters of color are still of color and if production is made in voice over while race is not applicable must be played by an actor who could pass for that race in any form of visual live action adaptation. Adaptations are permitted without permission but a fee of 13$ of higher must be paid to the author of the original work as a one time fee and attempts to alert the original author must be made provable on social media or other sites.

You may remix or reuse this work in written form on the condition that the character likenesses aren’t changed dramatically but may be altered minorly and key details identifiable to the character remain in place. This work may be heavily or minorly censored for a less mature audience but all main story plot points and beats must remain in tact during the censorship. Unless it is an adaptation or a censored version (if case of censorship noting the original edition somewhere), or republication with major grammatical fixes of an substantial amount or translation therein, the work may not be reproduced in it’s original form of written word.

Work that is reproduced must credit the original Artist and writer Waiter Abigail in their art. Characters must remain unchanged to the original vision of the creator to a degree where it is still identifiably that character regardless of adaptation, unless it is an alternate timeline, reimagining or film, webisode or television adaptation. Merch of the character unless from an alternate adaptation or AU are prohibited without permission or a license. Alternate designs are allowed and merch may be sold of them without permission. Lastly please keep the authors name somewhere in the introduction or a vagrant on the cover. The original license must be mentioned in the credits or translation somewhere unless it is a remaining or au where it should be noted on any copyright information.

That’s my license for this work. Go crazy with your creations. I didn’t true feel comfortable copyrighting it exactly given what it’s based on but I would still like to copyright my work and protect it so this was my compromise. The story can be dark in places and should not be read by anyone under the age of 13 in its original form or by a Squamish viewer.

Artists in the book:
